Latest Jobs 2020, Real Estate N7 is on the hunt for an experienced Digital Marketing Assistant. The ideal team member for this position should have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a will to learn while supporting a highly active Real Estate and Marketing practice that is set up its roots.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating all marketing collaterals between the
agents, the office, and the brand.
- Working closely with the marketing head, agency, and
agents in the team to ensure that deadlines are met.
- Providing administration support to the sales team and
writing content for property listing.
- Creating and implementing a content calendar, social
media updates, and email campaigns.
- Handling all ORM activities on social media platforms
and the website, if need be.
- Brand management on social media, website, and printed
materials, including the creation and production of advertising
specialties and signs.
- Preparing marketing reports by collecting, analyzing,
and summarizing sales data.
- Readying promotional materials by coordinating
requirements with the graphics department, maintaining inventory, placing
orders, and verifying receipts.
- Supporting the sales staff by providing sales data,
market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and new product information, while
also relaying customer services requests.
- Researching competitive products by identifying and
evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and
advertising.
- Monitoring budgets by comparing and analyzing actual
results with plans & forecasts.
- Updating job knowledge by participating in educational
opportunities.
